The Founder & Owner Noah Reeves's passion for roasting coffee to bring out the best in each and every bean is unparalleled. Noah has been elevating the humble coffee bean since recently launching the brand in his little corner of the Central Coast. 

Regarding this Brazilian Cachoeira de Grama Peaberry he shares, “This is a program I am proud to represent and whose coffee I’m grateful to have the opportunity to roast. Not only is it a peaberry, which I always am ready to buy sight unseen, but this coffee checks all of my boxes for quality, community, and care. Being a peaberry this coffee is great for taking a tad darker, making it both a great single origin for those looking for a less sweet offering.”

Noah has sourced his beans from the Carvalho family of Fazenda Cachoeira de Grama, located in the Vale de Grama. The Carvalho family has taken their success and their own profits and used them to fund a school on their property. The school is free to use by all of the farmers’ families, supporting just shy of  300 children.

We have paired this amazing coffee with our L&F hand-crafted organic Madagascar Vanilla blended sugar. The warm, gentle flavor is a lovely addition to this Smooth coffee’s bold chocolaty flavor and toasty finish.
